    The social aspects of our practice focus upon working with NGO's towards women empowerment and in the area of design for special needs. In various projects we explore ways in which design can support the generation of income or the social empowerment of artisans creating traditional crafts with natural materials or industrial waste.

This project (under progress), in a collaboration with Sindiyanna of Galilee Fair Trade, was developed to create a unique source of income for an income-deprived female community. Using design tools it aims to give a new life to date wands, a unique material that is considered to be agricultural waste.
